1st Course: Basil & Cheese Gnocchi with a Pinenut Brown Butter Sauce Conundrum Sparkling
2nd Course: Pork Rillette with Apple Chips
3rd Course: Rabbit Leg with a Tamarind, Blackberry & Rosemary Glaze
Mer Soleil Pinot Noir
4th Course: Lamb Chops with Fig Jam
5th Course: Cabernet Poached Pear with a Chipotle Ganache
